HELLO,

I’m Paula! I am a Brazilian, Japanese descendant, and passionate about anything food related and all the things sunsets can provide.

Currently, I am a Design Researcher at Microsoft. In the past, I’ve worked/collaborated with amazing teams at 3x3, Gensler, Parsons DESIS Lab, UNWomen, PSS Circle of Care, and others.

My career evolved from architecture and urban planning, to research in real estate, to project management, to graphic design, to finally - research and strategy design for social change. I hold an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design, and I am now translating complex narratives and research insights into accessible customer experience for support and sellers.

BACKGROUND
